your expressions as they change with every second

to maybe, slowly, go and touch your hands

to see how you react, 

if you pull away or if you stay

to see how your face changes with shock or delight 

to just feel your skin on my skin

our fingers caress each others’

to see if you sense the tremble of nervousness in my hands

if you can see the fear in my eyes, the passion in my eyes

… but this is all too surreal, too surreal, for even dreams do not yield such bounties.
